You cannot see your size chart button in your store? Let's go one by one together...
- You have installed SmartSize
- You have embeded SmartSize in you current theme (the theme must be live!)
- Important: everytime you change your theme, you will need to embed SmartSize again.
- You have added an app block (recommended), or a CSS class, or a code snippet.
- You have created a size chart
- You have linked it to at least one product
- You have set the status of the size chart to active
The first time you create a size chart, your new button will appear floating on the page like shown in the image below. You can always change the appearance of the button in the Settings section. You can choose to have it 'in line with the text', change the icon, the label, the color or the position.
