At SmartSize, our goal is to make sure you have a great experience using our app — whether you’re creating your first size chart or customizing your setup to fit your store’s design perfectly.
We want to be fully transparent about what our team does, what we can’t do, and what kind of help you can expect depending on your plan.
What We Do Help With
Our team is happy to help you:
Guide you to get your size chart button displayed on your product page
Walk you through the different display options (App Block, CSS, or Code Snippet)
Answer questions about how to use the app, how to edit size charts
Share step-by-step guides or best practices from our Help Center
If you’re on a Enterprise plan, we’ll also:
Assist with positioning the button exactly where you want it
Review your setup and give personalized guidance
Provide hands-on support for integrations or advanced theme adjustments
Note: you must commit to an Enterprise plan for a minimum duration of 3 months.
What We Don’t Do
Some Shopify themes can be very complex — and we can’t always guarantee that the size chart button will appear correctly on the first attempt.
While we’ll always point you in the right direction, there are a few things our team doesn’t do:
We don’t modify or edit your theme code directly (unless you’re on the Enterprise plan)
We don’t make custom design changes to match your store branding y (unless you’re on the Enterprise plan)
If you’re using a custom or complex theme, your web developer may need to help fine-tune the placement or styling.
Enterprise Customizations
If you’re on the Enterprise plan our team can:
Customize the look, feel, and placement of your button
Work directly on your theme if needed
Create tailor-made solutions for your store’s needs
