To clear the cache in the main web browsers, follow these steps for each browser:
Google Chrome
- Click the Three Dots icon in the top right corner and select **More Tools** > **Clear browsing data…**. Alternatively, use the shortcut **CTRL + SHIFT + DEL**.
- Ensure only **Cached images and files** is checked. You can also clear cookies and other site data.
- Choose the time range for clearing data, such as the last 24 hours, last 4 weeks, or the entire history.
- Click **Clear data** to clear the cache.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner and select **History**.
- Choose **Clear Recent History…** from the menu. Alternatively, use the shortcut **CTRL + SHIFT + DEL**.
- In the popup, select **Cache** from the **Time Range to Clear** dropdown. You can also choose to clear browsing history, cookies, search history, and other data.
- Click **OK** to clear the cache.
Opera
- Click the **History** icon (a small clock) on the lower left side menu.
- Select **Clear Browser Data**.
- In the **Clear Browsing Data** module, choose what to clear from the cache, such as browsing history, cookies, and cached images and files.
- Choose a time range and click **Clear Data**.
Brave Browser
- Click on the **Time Range** dropdown menu to select how far back you want to clear your cache history.
- Select the types of data to clear, such as browsing history, cookies, and cache items.
- Click **Clear Data** to clear the cache.
