With SmartSize, you can fully customize your table layout by adding, editing, or deleting columns and rows to suit your needs. Before entering any data, take a moment to structure the table with the correct number of rows and columns.
Start Fresh or Adjust the Existing Table
- If you want a clean slate, click the Erase Content button in the top-right corner of the table to clear all data and start anew.
- Alternatively, adjust the existing table by adding or removing rows and columns as needed.

Add a Column:
Click the + Column button at the top of the table, and a new column will instantly appear on the right-hand side. -
Add a Row:
Click the + Row button at the top of the table, and a new row will be added to the bottom of the table.
Advanced Layout Options with Right-Click
Right-click on any row or column header to access additional layout controls:
- Insert Row Above: Add a new row directly above the current row.
- Insert Row Below: Add a new row directly below the current row.
- Insert Column Right: Add a column to the right of the current column.
- Insert Column Left: Add a column to the left of the current column.
- Delete Row: Remove the selected row.
- Delete Column: Remove the selected column.
- Copy: Copy the content of the selected row or column for reuse.
- Paste: Paste previously copied content into another row or column.
Tips for a Well-Structured Size Chart
- Clearly label your columns and rows to make the size chart easy to understand. For example, use headers like "Size," "Bust," "Waist," or "UK/EU Sizes."
- Add rows for different size ranges or variations (e.g., Slim Fit vs. Regular Fit).
- Use the Open Column Settings option for additional adjustments, such as setting column widths or marking the first column as a header.
