Offering size charts in multiple languages ensures a seamless shopping experience for international customers. Follow these steps to enable and set up multi-language support for your size charts:
Step 1: Access Multi-Language Settings
- From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > SmartSize.
- Navigate to Settings in the SmartSize menu.
- Under Other Settings, click on Multilanguage Stores.
Step 2: Enable Multi-Language Size Charts
- Click the Continue button to access multi-language settings.
- Check the box labeled Enable multilanguage size charts to activate this feature.
- Note: Ensure that your Shopify store has the Translate & Adapt app installed or another compatible translation app.
Step 3: Add and Edit Labels in Your Theme

Add Button Label:
- Click Add button label to set your default label (e.g., "Size Chart") in your theme.

Edit Units Label:
- Click Edit units label to customize unit labels such as "CM" or "Inches" for your size charts.
Step 4: Use a Translation App
- Open the Translate & Adapt app or your preferred translation app by clicking Open Translate & Adapt.
- Add translations for your size chart labels, units, and any other text you want to customize for different languages.
Step 5: Create Translated Size Charts
SmartSize is now ready to display translated size charts. You will now need to create translations for your size charts. Here is how.
